Swimming Career Highlights
Katie Hoff, USA Born : 1989 in Stanford, California. Hoff is an Individual Medley specialist who took over Klochkova's mantle as world best in the event. Double World champion in both 200 metres and 400 metres, she also broke the world record in 400 metres IM in 2007 and regained it in 2008. Defeat by Australia's Stephanie Rice in the Beijing Olympics 200 and 400 IM saw her lose gold and her world records.
