Swimming Career Highlights
Federica Pellegrini, Italy Born : 1988 in Mirano, Italy. A Freestyle specialist at 200 and 400 metres and world record holder at both distances. Olympic champion at the shorter event and she achieved the double gold at the Rome World Championships in 2009. She retained both titles in 2011becoming the first woman to achieve the double double.
